Terms of use
Last updated September 2026.
Using this site
This website belongs to GTR Collision Houston at 9229 Bissonnet Street, Houston, TX 77074. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You can browse the site, read about our services, and send us photos through the estimate form. Do not use the site to send anything illegal, harmful, or meant to disrupt how it runs.
Estimates are not final quotes
Any estimate you get from photos or a phone call is a starting point, not a final price. The real number comes after a technician looks at the car in person, and it can change once a panel comes off and hidden damage turns up.
If your repair is tied to an insurance claim, our estimate is separate from your insurer's adjuster estimate. Differences between the two get worked out directly between the shop and your insurance company.
Photos you send us
When you upload photos of your car's damage through the estimate form, you are giving us permission to use them to prepare your estimate and, if you go ahead, to plan the repair.
Do not upload photos that are not of your own vehicle or that include other people without their consent. We do not sell your photos or share them beyond what your repair or insurance claim requires.
No warranty on this website
This website is provided as is, without any warranty about how the site itself performs. That includes uptime, whether every detail on the page is current, and whether a feature works the same way on every device.
Nothing on this website creates or describes a warranty on repair work. These terms cover use of the site only.
Links to other sites
This site may link to outside websites, like an insurer's page or a mapping service. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Visiting a linked site means you are subject to that site's own terms and privacy practices, not ours.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site or the shop's services change. The version posted here is the current one, and it applies from the date it goes live.
Checking back once in a while is on you. We do not send a notice for every small wording change.
